RFK Jr. Pokes Fun at Kamala Harris’s Catchphrase During Rally

(DailyChive.com) – Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made a playful jab at Vice President Kamala Harris during a rally in Michigan, getting the crowd involved in a lighthearted call-and-response. The rally was held at the Falk Productions manufacturing facility in Walker, Michigan, where Kennedy was speaking at an event hosted by former President Donald Trump.

During his speech, Kennedy took a shot at Harris, making fun of her frequent mention of growing up in a middle-class family when asked tough questions. He joked with the audience, saying, “All you need to know are seven words, and you never have to admit to doing anything wrong again. You know what those words are? ‘I was born in the middle class.’”

He then engaged the crowd in a humorous exchange, having them repeat the phrase after him. “The next time your boss asks you why you were late for work, what are you gonna say?” Kennedy asked. The audience responded in unison, “I was born in the middle class!”

He continued with another scenario. “And the next time your wife asks you why you didn’t take out the garbage, what are you gonna say?” Once again, the crowd responded, “I was born in the middle class!”

Kennedy used this moment to poke fun at Harris, suggesting that she often brings up her background as a way to avoid answering difficult questions. He told the crowd, “That’s all you have to know, and you don’t have to answer any questions!”

JD Vance, the Republican vice presidential nominee, also referenced Harris’s middle-class remarks at a rally earlier in the week. “He mocked her tendency to bring up her past,” joking that it has nothing to do with solving real problems like inflation and high prices.

Both Kennedy and Vance took jabs at Harris, implying that mentioning her background doesn’t offer solutions to the current issues facing the country.
